Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Creative Pixel Photo Studio. By booking a session, using our website, or paying a reservation fee, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Reservation Fee

• A non-refundable reservation fee of ₱500 per person is required to secure your slot.
• The reservation fee is deducted from the total package price. The remaining balance and any add-ons are paid at the studio on the session day.
• Your booking is only confirmed once we verify payment. We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your schedule.
• Booking references (format: CPX-XXXXXX) are issued per group and shared across all members of a group booking.

2. Payments

• Payments are processed through GCash (manual QR with reference number) or Xendit, our payment gateway partner. Xendit accepts BPI, Maya, GrabPay, QRPH, LBC, UBP, and similar Philippine payment methods.
• For GCash QR payments, your reference number is verified manually by our team before confirmation.
• All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• Package prices and add-on fees may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is what you pay.
• Remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the session day.

3. Rescheduling and Cancellations

• You may reschedule your session at no extra cost by using the reschedule page with your booking reference.
• Rescheduling moves all members of a group booking together.
• The ₱500 reservation fee is non-refundable even if you cancel or do not show up.
• If we cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen studio issues, your reservation fee will be honored for a future session.
• Sundays are closed. Studio hours are Monday to Saturday, 9AM to 6PM.

4. Session Day

• Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time.
• Hair and makeup, use of toga, and all listed inclusions are provided as part of the selected package.
• Late arrivals may have their session time shortened at our discretion.
• No-shows forfeit the reservation fee and must re-book.

5. Photos and Deliverables

• Edited soft copies are delivered digitally within the timeframe stated for your package.
• Physical prints and framed photos are claimed at the studio once ready.
• We retain the right to use photos from your session for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless you request otherwise in writing before or on the session day.
• Raw (unedited) soft copies are available only as a paid add-on.

6. Add-ons and Upgrades

• Add-ons selected at booking are paid at the studio along with the package balance.
• Frame size upgrades and additional framed prints are priced separately and paid on-site.
• Add-on prices listed on the booking form may change without prior notice.

7. Liability

• Creative Pixel Photo Studio is not liable for loss or damage of personal items brought to the studio.
• Clients are responsible for their own grooming products, accessories, and personal effects.
• Rented or borrowed studio items (toga, filipinana, props) must be returned in good condition. Damage may result in replacement charges.

8. Website and Payment Gateway

• This website is hosted on Cloudflare. Customer data submitted through booking forms is stored in our CRM (GoHighLevel).
• Online payments are processed securely by Xendit. We do not store your card or e-wallet credentials.
• We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or interruptions caused by third-party services (Cloudflare, GoHighLevel, Xendit, GCash).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version takes effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the revised terms.
