Creative Pixel Photo Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the third-party services involved. We comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).

1. What We Collect

When you book a session or use our website, we collect:

• Identity data: first name, last name, and the names of other group members you book for.
• Contact data: email address, mobile number.
• Booking data: package selected, add-ons, preferred date and time, special requests, reason for rescheduling (if any).
• Payment reference data: GCash reference numbers, Xendit invoice IDs. We do not store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage metrics collected by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security and performance.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Process and confirm your booking.
• Contact you about your session, reschedules, reminders, and post-shoot deliverables.
• Issue booking references, receipts, and confirmations.
• Handle customer support and respond to inquiries.
• Improve our services and website.
• Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

3. Third-Party Services We Use

We share only the minimum data needed with trusted providers to run our business:

• Cloudflare (hosting and CDN): serves our website and protects against abuse. Cloudflare may process IP and request metadata.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) (CRM): stores your contact details, booking records, session notes, and communication history.
• Xendit (online payment gateway): processes credit/debit card, bank, and e-wallet payments when you choose Pay Online. Xendit handles payment data directly and sends us only the payment status and reference.
• GCash (manual QR payments): you send payment directly through GCash and we receive only the reference number you provide.
• Facebook Messenger: if you message us, conversation data is stored on Meta's platforms under their own privacy policy.

Each provider has its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing them: Cloudflare, GoHighLevel, Xendit, GCash.

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Booking and contact records are kept for as long as needed to deliver your service, handle follow-ups, and comply with tax and accounting laws.
• Photo files and edited deliverables are kept for a reasonable period so you can request re-sends, then archived or deleted.
• You may request deletion of your contact record at any time (see Section 7).

5. Photos From Your Session

• Photos taken during your session may be used in our portfolio, website, and social media for marketing purposes.
• You may opt out of this use by telling us in writing before or on the session day, or by messaging us on Facebook after the session.

6. Cookies and Tracking

• Our site uses minimal browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) to save your booking form progress and show your confirmation page.
• We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies at this time.
• Cloudflare may set security cookies to protect against bots and abuse.

7. Your Rights

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Withdraw consent and request deletion of your data (except where we are legally required to keep it).
• Object to direct marketing.
• File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.

8. Security

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption (via Cloudflare), access-controlled CRM accounts, and trusted payment partners. No system is 100% secure, but we take steps to limit risk.

9. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13. If a minor under 18 is the subject of a photoshoot, a parent or guardian must make the booking and provide consent.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page.
